In 1970 a partnership was formed between Cornelius Dudley, Richard Singletary and Robert Singletary, to purchase investment properties in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. Two companies emerged out this partnership: Dudley Pro Realty, L.L.C., a property management company, and Dudley & Singletary Property, Inc., a property maintenance company. From the humble beginning of managing one rooming house in the 1200 block of Gerard Street NW, Dudley Pro Realty, L.L.C. has grown to manage over 150 buildings in the dc metropolitan area. With condominium construction and residential home renovation underway, Dudley Pro Realty, L.L.C.'s portfolio continues to expand and diversify.
